As delicious as it is simple! And similar to an American caffé latte. Replace the cardamom with a coffee syrup with the flavor of Amaretto that you whisk together with milk or cream. Serve as a topping on a warming cup of lungo.

Do you prefer something on the sweeter side? Then Coffee Vanilla, also called vanilla coffee, is for you! Pour a double espresso, add vanilla syrup and 1 teaspoon of cocoa (or O'boy). The basic recipe consists of vodka, coffee liqueur of choice and espresso. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and fill it with ice. Shake until the drink has cooled and you see that the coffee has formed a fluffy foam. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass, garnish with a few whole coffee beans or grated chocolate.
