Our delicious coffee is roasted in one of Italy’s most renowned roasteries, using carefully selected beans grown on family-owned farms—many of which have been passed down for generations. These small-scale plantations, located in coffee-rich regions like Brazil, Ecuador, and Ethiopia, take pride in traditional cultivation methods and a deep-rooted passion for quality.

Our four classics—Lungo, Espresso, Ristretto, and Decaf—are all ground to work perfectly as a short shot or a smooth, creamy cup when you need it most.
Lungo delivers depth and chocolatey undertones, while Espresso—and especially Ristretto—bring a bold kick of intensity right when you need that extra lift.

The short answer? No, it doesn’t have to be.
The long answer? While not all of our coffee is certified organic, many of the farmers we work with simply can’t afford the official stamp. Certification is expensive—and most of our beans come from small, family-owned farms that have been growing world-class coffee for decades.They don’t use harmful chemicals or pesticides. They just know what they’re doing.

Just like above, the short answer is no—because it doesn’t have to be.
Working directly with the producers who grow our coffee beans allows us to build long-term relationships that a Fairtrade certification often makes impossible. The rigid requirements can actually reduce farmers’ earning potential—since prices are set by a third party—and sometimes even push the production of lower-quality beans, where it’s the growers who end up paying the price.To us, it’s far more meaningful to partner directly with the farmers. We set prices together, often paying well above the “fair trade” rate to ensure long-lasting partnerships—and in return, they grow us some of the best coffee on the planet.
