    1. General

    1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on Coffydoor’s websites within the European Union. Coffydoor offers both one-time purchases and subscription/membership services. Members enjoy additional benefits such as free home delivery, membership points, free gifts, priority handling, and exclusive access to new product launches.

    1.2 You must be at least 18 years old to shop with Coffydoor. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.

    1.3 By placing an order or signing up for a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


    2. Subscription

    2.1 Coffydoor is a flexible subscription service with no binding period. When you order a trial or starter pack, automatic refill packs will be shipped thereafter according to the plan you selected, unless you pause, change, or cancel your subscription in your account.

    2.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect. However, cancellation must be made before your next order is packed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped, your statutory right of withdrawal applies (see section 6).

    2.3 Changes to your subscription (e.g., delivery interval, quantity of capsules) can be made through your account. Changes requested less than 24 hours before a scheduled shipment may only apply from the following delivery cycle.

    2.4 Only one trial pack is allowed per household. Additional trial pack orders may be charged at the regular retail price.


    3. Prices and Payment

    3.1 All prices are displayed in local currency including VAT where applicable under EU law.

    3.2 Coffydoor reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, other taxes, exchange rates, printing errors, or force majeure.

    3.3 Payment is handled securely through Klarna Checkout and other available local EU payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on your country of residence.


    4. Order Confirmation

    Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the confirmation carefully. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately at hej@coffydoor.com.


    5. Delivery

    5.1 Orders are delivered by local courier or postal partners depending on your country. Standard delivery time is normally 2–5 business days within the EU, although delays may occur during promotions, holidays, or other high-demand periods.

    5.2 If home delivery is not possible due to local circumstances, your order may be delivered to the nearest parcel shop or pick-up point.


    6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

    6.1 In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

    6.2 The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods are returned unused, in substantially the same condition, and in their original packaging. Used coffee capsules cannot be returned.

    6.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly by email at hej@coffydoor.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

    6.4 Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    6.5 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or upon proof that the goods have been shipped back.

    6.6 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Goods that are sealed and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken.

    • Goods produced to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

    • Goods which, by nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.


    7. Complaints and Warranty

    7.1 If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please notify us within a reasonable time after discovery. You may be asked to document the defect with photos.

    7.2 You have the right to complain about defects within 2 years of receiving the goods in accordance with EU law. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

    8. Data Protection and Privacy

    8.1 Coffydoor processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your orders, manage your subscription, and provide customer service.

    9. Cookies and Analytics

    Coffydoor uses cookies and log statistics to optimize the website, improve the user experience, and analyze visitor traffic. You may delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.


    10. Changes to the Terms

    10.1 Coffydoor may make changes to these Terms & Conditions. Changes that are beneficial to the customer may be applied immediately without notice.

    10.2 For changes that may disadvantage the customer (such as price increases), Coffydoor will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email or website update.

    10.3 Continued use of Coffydoor’s services after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.


    11. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law and EU consumer protection regulations. If you reside in another EU country, you may still benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
