Our delicious coffee is roasted in one of Italy's leading roasteries and the beans come from the majority of family-owned plantations that have been passed down in selected locations around the world such as Brazil, Ecuador, Ethiopia, etc.

Our flavors will soon get new names, but for now we're keeping it simple!

All four varieties Lungo, Espresso, Ristretto and Decaf are ground to be perfect as a shorter shot but also as a large creamy cup when you need it most.

Where Lungo offers more flavor with its undernotes of chocolate and where Espresso and even more Ristretto offer a fierce intensity when you need it most.

The short answer is no, because it doesn't have to be.

But the long answer is that the reason our coffee isn't always certified organic is because it's difficult and expensive to register for the certification, and many of the coffee farmers we work with are too small to afford it. Almost all of these farms are family-owned by people who have been growing great coffee for decades, without using any harmful chemicals or pesticides. They know what they're doing.

Just like above, the short answer is no, because it doesn't have to be.

But working directly with the producers who grow our coffee beans allows us to establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships that we wouldn’t have with Fairtrade certification. The square certification requirements can lower the earning potential of some farmers – as prices are set by a third party – and encourage the production of poor quality beans. Where farmers have to pay the price to participate.

For us, it makes much more sense to work with the growers themselves. We set prices together, where we pay a premium to ensure long-term relationships often above the "Fair Trade" price, and they grow us some of the world's best coffee in return.

The capsules are made of 100% recycled aluminum and are easily recyclable with Sweden's eminent metal recycling.
