Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping methods & delivery times:

• Orders are shipped with PostNord, Deutsche Post, UPS, or DHL.

• Estimated delivery time within the EU: 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.

• During promotional campaigns, public holidays, or periods of high order volumes, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery to pick-up point:
If the courier is unable to deliver to your private address due to special circumstances, your order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up location.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

PS. On your first order with us you always have a 60 day taste guarantee. When activated you get all your money back for the coffee no questions asked.

*You can then never again order the same flavors from us if no big updates to the blends are made. This guarantee is given because we understand that trying new coffee can be a big step, and we are so confident in our flavors. However, it's not meant to be a way to just get free coffee for life <3 

Return conditions:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Please contact our customer service before sending back any returns.

Return fee:
For returned packages (including unclaimed parcels), we reserve the right to charge a return fee of up to €10 to cover shipping and handling costs.
